Propranolol.

Propranolol can be used by patients diagnosed with certain types of tremor, some types of tumor, abnormal heart rhythms, heart disease, or high blood pressure. It's very important that you take propranolol as recommended without taking less of this medicine or more of it. This is the only way you can benefit from your treatment and keep your blood pressure under control (or treat any other conditions you have and for which you need to be taking propranolol). Make sure you tell your doctor if you have thyroid problems, kidney disease, severe allergies, diabetes, heart disease, lung disease, or liver disease to make sure you are prescribed the right dose. Serious side effects are quite rare but nevertheless possible. Make sure you seek your doctor's advice if you get clay-colored stools, fainting, confusion, uneven heartbeats, sore throat, loss of appetite, hallucinations, feeling light-headed, depression, swelling of your ankles or feet, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or headache with a severe blistering. Less serious side effects are a lot more likely. You may get constipation, stomach cramps, vomiting, decreased sex drive, nausea, diarrhea, sleep problems, and tired feeling, but they will not last for too long and will disappear as you carry on with the treatment.
